Saders Football 2011 Season
Saders Saturday
is Saturday August 20, 2011 at Memorial Field
This is the day
when we take individual and team pictures, turn in Saders apparel
order forms
(payment required with order forms for both pictures and apparel
orders on this day), and have a hotdog and potluck meal towards the
end and following pictures.

Regardless of
if you are ordering pictures or not please show up to be in the team photos.
Every cheerleader and athlete needs to be on the field in full uniform
and lined up by the times that follow as both individual and
team/squad photos
will be taken on this day.
Picture Schedule
10:00 am - Saders Cheerleaders
10:30 am - 3rd Grade Football
11:00 am - 4th Grade Football
11:30 am - 5th Grade Football
Food
Craig Stanley is donating the buns and Charlie Curran,
owner of ESVN Online is donating the hot dogs again this year. Following
is what we request for each grade to bring to contribute to the meal
that all athletes and families are encouraged to stick around for:

EQUIPMENT HANDOUT - Monday, August
15, 2011 at Heelan High School CYO
5:30 pm - 5th grade 6:30 pm - 4th grade
8:00 pm - 3rd grade
Please bring these
completed forms to Equipment Handout:
1) Registration
Form (in
case
you missed the July 1st deadline)
2) Saders Waiver
Form that every athlete needs to have completed prior to starting
practice.
If you are an athlete that has not registered or
paid the $99 fee prior to equipment handout time that you will
not be allowed to check out equipment until the registration form
and fee are both taken care of.
Saders Football Coaches meeting on Monday
August 8th at 7 p.m.
Location: Memorial Field at the shelter in northwest corner.
